If you’ve already been referred, our system will automatically match the details you enter in the Liva app with the information provided by your referrer.
For most of our programmes, we match your account using the email address shared with us by your referrer.
If the email address you enter does not match the one provided in your referral, the system may assume you have not yet been referred and prompt you to enter a referral code or payment details.
Please be assured that all NHS programmes we deliver are free of charge.
If you’re having trouble accessing your account:
- Double-check that you’re entering the same email address your referrer used when submitting your referral
- Make sure there are no spaces before or after your email address

Research programmes
Some research programmes require a referral code to access the app.
If you’ve been asked to enter a referral code and no longer have it, you’ll need to contact your original referrer directly. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide referral codes ourselves.
